As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden hue over Udaypur, the atmosphere in the Rathore Haveli was tense. Abhimaan stood at the entrance of the ICU, his heart racing with worry. Anika's accident had shaken him to the core; he couldn't fathom the reality of her being hurt. He felt a mix of guilt and anxiety wash over him, especially considering how dismissive he'd been towards her feelings.

Inside the ICU, Anika lay unconscious, her face pale against the stark white sheets, while Mahira paced outside, biting her nails nervously. She had never seen her like this. Despite the banter and playfulness that often characterized their interactions, this was something else—raw and terrifying. 

She dragged Aditya towards a corner and asked, "Tell me one thing: how did this accident happen??" 

"It was your plan, remember."

"My plan!!?? Dude, are you really blaming me?? Maine sirf accident ka drama krane bola tha, sach ka accident krne nahi."

"Well, we thought—I mean, Anika thought if you really wanted it, it would be better." he said while scratching the back of his neck nervously

"Wow!!!! You guys are really something. Now just hope Anika di ko jaldi hosh aa jaye or thik ho.

"Don't worry, Mahira; she will be fine."

"Hope so." 

He nodded, though uncertainty gnawed at him. "The doctors are doing everything they can. We just have to wait."

Their shared silence was interrupted by the arrival of Naksh, who rushed into the waiting area, his expression a mixture of shock and concern. "What happened? I just heard from Adesh that Anika’s been in an accident!"

After what felt like an eternity, doctors finally said that Anika is now out of danger and has regained her consciousness. Hearing that every member breathed a sigh of relief upon that news.

3 hours later, when every family member returned home after asking about your health and all well-being, leaving Abhimaan and Adesh to stay with Anika. And to accompany them, the Rajput siblings, Mahira and Naksh, stay with them.

Well, Naksh stayed with them because he was genuinely concerned about her, as he always saw her as his elder sister, and from the time he came to know about her feelings for his elder brother, Abhiyuday, from that moment he had started seeing her as his sister-in-law.

Right now, Abhimaan was outside attending to some important call. See this Mahira initiate the conversation for which to stay here. "Anika, why did you do this??" 

"Well, I thought if the accident was real, then it would make a big impact on everyone."

"Yeah, it did make a great impact on everyone that Aditya was almost killed by your brother's, papa, bade papa, and dadu."

"Really, Di, this was not how we planned. All this accident was supposed to be fake to make everyone angry at Bhai, so that he would apologize to you and later get married to you."

Hearing Mahira, both Naksh and Adesh got shocked.

"Hold on, what do you mean by all this accident thing being planned??" Naksh was all shocked after receiving his new piece of news about Anika's accident.

"Well, you know, I was with my Maan, and we were about to have our dinner when she called me and told me all those hurtful words Bhai told her. So I give her that idea, but she took it seriously."

"Are you fucking serious? How do you give this kind of advice, like an accident?" Adesh shout

"But I told her to fake it. It was she who got into a real accident.

"Okay, okay, guys, it's not her fault; it was me who called her, and it's me only who got into a real accident. Knowledgably, you were with Abhi bhai, right? Did you guys kiss or have sex-"

"Okay, okay, Anika di, can you please not say such things regarding my sister? She is my sister." Naksh basically shouts at Anika, cutting her off in the middle for using the S word. 

"Wait a minute, what were you doing with Abhi bhai?? I mean, he was in Ahore, so how come you were with him??" Adesh asked in confusion.

"Yeah, you remember that plan we made, so I went with him to Ahore, and we spent very special time," she said, blushing, remembering the kiss they both shared last night.

After that kiss they didn't have time, and the situation was also not in favor of them discussing anything related to their relationship.

"Looking at Blush and her shy expression, something surely happened between them," Anika said excitedly, almost jumping, making the other three hearts almost jump out from their chests.

"Anika di, please don't do this kind of thing. You are still hurt; don't give us a heart attack," Mahira said, being worried about her 

"Are you guys leaving all this, and Mahira, you tell, did your love story move forward? At least one of our love stories should come on the track, nah. So tell me everything in detail.

"Tell you what, Anika." And here comes Abhimaan in all his glory, looking at the group of troublemakers (of course, except his Jaan, as she is his innocent fairy).

"Nothing, bhai, I'm asking about Abhiyuday. Where is he?? Didn't he know I had an accident??" Anika asked in her sad, serious tone. 

Abhimaan exchanged a glance with Mahira, both knowing the answer might not be what Anika wanted to hear. "He’s... on his way," Abhimaan said, choosing his words carefully.

As they spoke, Mahira’s mind raced with thoughts of her own feelings for Abhimaan, entwined with the growing concern for Anika. She felt a sudden urge to protect both her sister-in-law and her heart. 

Naksh, giving the excuse of using the washroom, left the room before giving a nod to Abhimaan and Adesh and went to find Abhiyuday, whose mood was dark and brooding. As Naksh approached him in the dimly lit parking lot outside the hospital, he confronted him. "What’s wrong with you? Anika di is still in the hospital, and you’re here sulking?"

Abhiyuday’s jaw clenched, frustration evident. "I didn’t mean for this to happen! I didn’t know she felt that way about me. I thought she was just being obsessed with me, and once her obsession ends, she will also come to normal."

"Come to normal? You think that’s what this is? From the very start, she is like this when it comes to you. She liked you from the start only and was in love with you only, but what you always do to her, bhai, is insult her, ignore her, and humiliate her. And now she’s hurting because of you, and you need to step up, bhai." Naksh shot back, his voice rising. 

Abhiyuday’s eyes narrowed. "What do you want me to do? I can’t just magically make her feelings go away!"

"You can start by showing her you care," Naksh replied, his voice softening. "She needs you now more than ever."

Back in the hospital room, as Abhimaan was still in the room, our Anika started her Oscar-winning acting of being sad and hurt, which she actually was because of our Abhiyuday. Her gaze remained fixed on Mahira. "Why did you all come if it was just a small accident?" she asked, her voice tinged with disbelief.

Mahira smiled softly. "Because you’re family, and we love you. We’ll always be here for you, no matter what."

Just then, the door opened, revealing Abhiyuday, his expression uncertain. As he stepped in, Anika’s eyes lit up with hope, conflicting emotions swirling within as she took him in.

“Anika,” he began, his voice shaky. “I’m so sorry I wasn’t there. I should have been with you.”

Mahira and Abhimaan exchanged glances, sensing the weight of the moment. The room was thick with tension—would this be the moment of reconciliation, or would it further complicate the already tangled web of emotions? 

Just then Mahira said, "Uuhhmm, bhai, this is not how Mom told you to apologize to her. She said you have to beg for her forgiveness, but here you are, nowhere looking like that."

Abhiyuday looked at his sister as if she were really her own sister, then looked at his best friend Abhimaan, who had a slight smile on his face after hearing his fairy's words. 

Well, here Abhimaan is from the start, now that his friend never liked his sister, so he always stayed out of their matter, and today also he knew that somewhere his friend said too many things to his sister, but at some point it was his sister's mistake that she drunk-drove the car. So he never blames him either for not reciprocating her feelings or for this accident, but yeah, he is for sure disappointed in him.

And if we talk about Naksh and Adesh, these two boys are well aware of Mahira's mind, and here also she said these things to increase her points in front of HER MAAN and Anika. So in a low voice, Naksh said to Adesh, 

"Dekh rha hai, humari bahano ko bina kisi saram lihaz ke apne bhaiyo ko beche rhi hai. Are bhagwan, Kaisi bahan mili hai hume."

"You are absolutely right, bro; one girl is having an accident with a guy, and the other sister is begging for forgiveness." Adesh comment

"KALUG HAI RE BABA, GHOR KALYUG," Naksh said, and then looked at the scene in front of him where our Abhiyu looked down and said 

"I'm really sorry about the way I talked and behaved." 

"Wait, wait, wait, bhai," Mahira suddenly said, taking out her phone from her pocket and opening her camera, then said, "Now continue; I will record this moment and send it to Mumma as proof that you begged for forgiveness, and maybe in the future I will show this to my future niece or nephew that their father begged their mother for forgiveness for the very first time."

Again, Abhiyuday looked at her as if she had grown some horns on her head and then glared at her for bringing his future children into the topic. On the other hand, our Anika was blushing so hard just at the mere thought of having a baby with her love of life. But the other three boys chuckled at this demand of Mahira.

"What?? Aise ghur ghur kar kya dekh rahe hain bhai, chaliye chaliye bhabhi se—I mean Anika di se mafi mangiye."

Nevertheless, Abhiyuday apologized to Anika the way his sister wanted, and Mahira also, in the name of proof, recorded the video of it. and in reply to her apology, Anika said

"I will forgive you only on one condition: you will take me out for dinner and also give your 100% to this relationship."

Abhiyuday, who now understands that Anika is the only girl who is going to spend her life with him as his life partner for the rest of his life, so he also agreed wholeheartedly this time, at which everyone in the room was genuinely happy for them. And our Anika, well, she is on cloud seven right now.
